Thank you for choosing ZoonTep. We stand behind the quality and performance of our products. This 1‑Year Limited Warranty outlines what’s covered, what’s not, and how to make a warranty claim.
Warranty Coverage
ZoonTep warrants that all devices and electronic products purchased directly from our official website (zoontep.com) or authorized retailers are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
During the warranty period, if a covered defect arises, ZoonTep will, at its discretion:

Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or

Replace the product with an equivalent model, or

Refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers:

Internal electronic defects and malfunctions.

Manufacturing or assembly defects.

Battery or charging issues that are not caused by misuse.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling.

Cosmetic wear (scratches, discoloration, dents) that does not affect functionality.

Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Normal wear and tear or consumable parts (e.g., cables, attachments, accessories).

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or secondhand marketplaces.

Loss or theft.
Note: Opening or tampering with the internal components voids this warranty.
Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your product is defective within the warranty period:

If your claim is approved, you may be asked to return the product to our service center for inspection.
Shipping for Warranty Claims

ZoonTep covers return shipping costs for approved warranty claims.

If the issue is found not to be covered (e.g., user damage), you may be responsible for return shipping and inspection fees.
Replacement Terms

Repaired or replacement products are covered under the original warranty for the remainder of the one-year period or 90 days after repair, whichever is longer.

Replacement products may be new or refurbished units that are functionally equivalent to the original.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all warranty claims. Without proof, ZoonTep may be unable to process your claim.
Warranty Limitations
