Shipping Policy

Global Shipping

We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Wherever you are, ZoonTep can deliver your order straight to your door.

Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (UTC) are processed the next business day.

  • You will receive both an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs & Taxes

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • International duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Once shipped, we cannot modify addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will apply.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package in real time.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will assist with replacements or refunds on a case‑by‑case basis.


Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we make returns simple.

Return Window

  • You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used personal care items.

  • Final‑sale or promotional items (clearly marked at checkout).

How to Start a Return

  1. Email zoontep@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please note that your exchange will be shipped once we receive your returned product.
